I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a perfect mix of luxury and spaciousness, with beautiful hardwood cabinetry and marble counters in the bathroom. The hotel is located near the Champs Elysees, offering a very safe area with good dining options and a short walk to iconic Paris landmarks. The rooms, while small as expected in central Paris, lacked cleanliness. The service was a mix of helpful and unprofessional behaviors. The dining experience was a hit or miss. I can't say enough about this hotel! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the Champs Elysees with a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The rooms were not only equipped with great lighting, ample mirrors, and a luggage rack, but also right next to the elevator which didn't bother us at all. The service was exceptional, with friendly and quick responses to any request. The dining was quite good with a variety of tasty options, and the facilities were excellent. However, not being able to get coffee early in the morning on the day of departure was a slight inconvenience. Even so, the value for money here is undeniable!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with great lighting, mirrors everywhere for the ladies, closet's, and room for a luggage rack. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony was stunning. However, there was some noise from an adjoining room that affected my experience.
